Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases on www.ekoploers.com, operated by D'Rasha Creative Media (NIB 0106260010935). Because our products are digital and subscription-based, the terms are as follows.

1. General principle for digital products

Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks) can be downloaded/accessed immediately after payment. Therefore, a purchase that has already been downloaded/accessed is generally non-refundable, except in the special cases below.

2. A refund IS granted when

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix it for you;
  • The product you received clearly does not match its description on the product page;
  • A double charge occurs, or you were charged but never received the product/access;
  • A transaction you did not authorize.

3. A refund is NOT granted when

  • You have downloaded/accessed the product and simply changed your mind;
  • The issue comes from your device/network and not from our file;
  • The request is made after the deadline below.

4. Request deadline

A refund request for a one-time product must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date, together with proof of transaction (order ID/email) and an explanation of the issue.

5. Treehouse subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and is not auto-renewed afterward.
  • The fee for the current running period is generally not refunded pro rata, unless there is a billing error on our part.
  • If you believe there is an incorrect charge, contact us right away and we will fix it.

6. How to request

Email ekoploers@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 856-9437-1881with the subject “Refund”, including your order ID and purchase email. We respond within 1–3 business days.

7. Process & refund time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment providers (Midtrans for Rupiah transactions, Lemon Squeezy for USD transactions). Funds are usually received within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/e-wallet provider.
