Welcome to EKOPLOERS™. The site www.ekoploers.com and all products within it are operated by D'Rasha Creative Media (a sole-proprietor micro-business in the name of Deny Dwi Nugroho, NIB 0106260010935, KBLI 58110 — Penerbitan Buku), located at Dusun Krajan RT. 02 RW. 02, Desa Kiping, Kec. Gondang, Kab. Tulungagung, Jawa Timur 66263. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our products

EKOPLOERS™sells digital products: ebooks (PDF/EPUB), audiobooks (MP3), and the “Treehouse” (Rumah Pohon) subscription (read + listen access on the site). All products are intended for personal and family use.

2. Prices & payment

• For buyers in Indonesia, prices are shown in Rupiah (IDR) and payments are processed by Midtrans (QRIS, e-wallets, bank/virtual-account transfer, and cards).
• For international buyers, prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (credit/debit cards and PayPal).
• We do not store your card data or payment credentials — all transactions are handled by certified payment providers.
• Prices may change at any time. For Founding Members, the founding price is locked for as long as the subscription runs continuously (see the Treehouse page).

3. Account & membership

To access the Treehouse subscription, you need to create an account with the same email used at payment. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential. Membership access is personal and not for sharing.

4. Digital product license

The files you buy are DRM-free and may be used on all your family's devices. However, you may not resell, duplicate for the public, upload to other platforms, or distribute the files or membership access to anyone outside your family. All copyrights, illustrations, text, audio, and the EKOPLOERS™ brand remain the property of D'Rasha Creative Media.

5. Delivery & access

Digital products are delivered automatically to your email and/or unlocked in your account as soon as payment succeeds (usually within minutes). If you have not received your product within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is an inseparable part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. D'Rasha Creative Media strives to maintain quality and service availability, but is not liable for indirect losses due to technical issues beyond our control (e.g. your network or device).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. The last-updated date is shown above.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
